Castro Razor-Sharp, Shuts Out Kelowna Monday, September 15th , 1913 Casimiro Castro spun his magic in a shutout victory at Chargers Grounds, 2-0, over the Kelowna Grizzlies. The Calgary pitcher put quite a spell on Kelowna in a strong performance, allowing 4 hits while totaling 3 walks and 4 strikeouts. "I had a lot of good things working in this one," Castro said. "I worked both sides of the plate. I was rarely behind in the count." So far this season, Castro has logged a 10-17 record with a 3.49 ERA.
