Moose Jaw Wins League Championship Series Friday, September 26th , 1913 The Moose Jaw Rum Runners have advanced to the Western & Plains Championship, with a 3-0 triumph at Threshers Park over the Brandon Threshers. The win sealed a 4-1 series win for Moose Jaw. The series MVP honor went to Rum Runners shortstop Acasto Pérez. "It takes every guy in that dugout to win games, not just me," Pérez said afterward. "I'm proud to be moving on." The Moose Jaw Rum Runners don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Medicine Hat Hellfire - Vancouver Gas series.
