Luna Fires 7-0 Shutout for Concord Monday, August 11th , 1913 Salvador Luna kept the Manchester Gamblers hitters off balance all game long, as the Concord Stagecoaches pitcher blanked the Gamblers, 7-0. Luna gave up 9 hits, struck out 4, and walked 1. In the postgame press conference, the right-hander was reluctant to talk about the outing at length. "It was a nice win in a long season," he said.
