Mark Cracks 5 Hits Thursday, July 31st , 1913 Julian Mark had an answer for everything the Guaynabo Cazadores threw at him at Parquecito de Toa Baja. The Toa Baja second baseman went 5-for-5 in the game to put his name in the record book and give the Tordos a win, 14-1. Summing up his batting philosophy to BNN writers after the game, Mark said, "I just see the ball and I hit it."
