Knight Goes 5-for-9 Wednesday, September 3rd , 1913 Getting 5 hits in a game has always been memorable feat in baseball. In the Arecibo's 2-1 win over Toa Alta, center fielder Proinsias Knight was red-hot, scorching them for hit after hit at Estadio Lupercal. "To hit the ball consistently well, you have to relax," Knight said afterward. "I was relaxed for the first four hits, but I have to admit, I got a little tight when I realized I had a chance for five. On the last at-bat, I was ready to swing at anything close."
