Wien Devastated by Playoff Elimination Tuesday, September 9th , 1913 Wien Albtraeume starting pitcher Roland Metternich said his team's effort to get into the playoffs fell "heartbreakingly short." But that's the situation they are faced with, as the club was mathematically eliminated from postseason contention today. The Albtraeume are still searching for their first playoff appearance. They haven't made the playoffs in all 7 years of their history. |
