Despite a great performance by San Lorenzo center fielder Rob McCarthy, the Manati Acropolitanos defeated the Leyendas by the score of 8-7 at Parque de los Acropolitanos. McCarthy was 3 for 4 with 3 singles and a walk. He scored 2 times. The second-place Acropolitanos have won 4 consecutive games.

Manati took advantage of an error in the bottom of the eighth inning. The game was tied, 7-7, when Jesús Martín hit a run-scoring single that was misplayed. It put the Acropolitanos in front, 8-7.
