Deasún McCarthy left his imprint on the 7-2 Toa Baja win against the San Sebastian Pepinos. McCarthy, who finished 4th in the LB in extra base hits with 61 in 1908, went 1-3 with a triple and 2 walks. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. The Jinetes win now puts them at 95-54.

Early in the game, McCarthy had a 2-run triple for Toa Baja. It was his 21st triple of the season and put the Jinetes on top, 2-0.
