Dane Grant pitched a gem to lead Loiza to victory over the Barranquitas Ilustres, 2-1. Grant, now 2-6, was the winner. In 9 innings, he gave up 6 hits, while striking out 1, walking 1, and allowing 1 run. The third-place Vejigantes now have a win-loss record of 57-97.

One of the clutch hits for Loiza came from one of their biggest talents.
