The Rio Grande Cotorras rode a solid performance from 30-year-old starting pitcher Ezequiel Vásquez to a win, beating the Guayanilla Electricos, 4-2, at Parque Municipal Édgar Cabrera. Vásquez yielded 2 runs over 8 innings to notch the win. He scattered 9 hits, walked 1, and struck out 6. His record improves to 22-14. Earning his 2nd save of the year was Lidio Rodríguez.
