At Estadio Municipal de Isabela, the Isabela Quesiteros and San German Golondrinas were greeted by an enthusiastic crowd.

The San German Golondrinas converted a terrific effort from starter Álvaro Salas into a win over the Isabela Quesiteros at Estadio Municipal de Isabela. The Golondrinas won the game by a final score of 2-0. The Golondrinas, at 78-85, sit in second place in the Liga Hostos Suroeste.

San German needed the clutch hitting of Duffy Lewis to seal the deal. The left fielder swatted a 2-run home run in the top of the eighth inning to put the Golondrinas on top, 2-0. For the game, Lewis had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

"It felt good to put the barrel on the ball," said Lewis.
