The Bay City Sugar Beets topped the Saginaw Joes, 8-3, at Old Growth Forest. Bay City shortstop Chris Kaiser was a spark plug for the offense. He was 2-3 with a double and 2 walks. He scored 2 runs. The win lifts Bay City to a record of 13-11.
