The Syracuse Halites earned a close win over the Oswego Hydropathists, thanks in part to Juan Rodríguez. The Syracuse right-hander played a key role in the 3-2 victory. Rodríguez yielded 2 runs over 9 innings to notch the win. He scattered 9 hits, walked 2, and struck out 4. His record improves to 2-5.
