The Concord Stagecoaches stormed past the Derry Spuds, 12-5, at Express Junction. Concord designated hitterMenandro López , who is tied for 9th in the NNEA in bases on balls with 61, led the hit parade. He went 2-3 with a double and 2 walks. He scored 3 times and drove in 2. The Stagecoaches are now 67-63.

The fans who came to support the Stagecoaches were pleased with the outcome. It was what they had hoped for when they passed through the turnstiles at Express Junction.
