Cayey Rallies to 4-3 Win
At La Plaza de Cayey, the Aibonito Frios and Cayey Cornupetas were greeted by an enthusiastic crowd.

Cayey pitcher Toribio Garza had a large part in his team beating the Aibonito Frios, 4-3. The right-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. The Cornupetas sit in first place in the Liga Hostos Valle Costero with a record of 22-21.

The game was decided with one out in the bottom of the ninth. With Cayey trailing 3-2, Kid Nance hit a sinker from Urso Ramírez to center for a 2-run single. Just like that, the Cornupetas had a walk-off win.

"Obviously, you want to go out there and be good every time out," said Garza. "I take the ball every day with the same mindset."
