Gallegos Has Hot Hand, Bangs 5 hits
Luis Gallegos had an answer for everything the Rochester Lilac Stockings threw at him at Perennial Blooming Park. The Utica third baseman went 5-for-5 in the game to put his name in the record book and give the Half Moons a win, 20-1.

Summing up his batting philosophy to BNN writers after the game, Gallegos said, "I just see the ball and I hit it."

Luis Gallegos singled in the 2nd, doubled in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, singled in the 6th, walked in the 6th and hit an RBI double in the 8th.
