Hydropathists Walk It Off for 63rd Win of Season
The rain made it unbearable at times; nonetheless, the faithful who endured the elements enjoyed themselves.

The Oswego Hydropathists faced a tough opponent in Utica pitcher Florentino Cruz, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Water Cure Park by a final score of 3-1. Cruz went 9.2 innings and allowed 1 run. The current losing streak for Utica has reached 4 games.

Oswego got a clutch hit from Catón Soto. The pinch hitter launched a 2-run home run in the bottom of the 12th inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a kill shot.

"Sometimes you get the ball in the right spot and it goes," said Soto.
