The Sheboygan Brats moved to within one game of the Pennant Series, downing the visiting Marquette Smelters at The Grill by a score of 3-1. Brats right-hander Bill Phyle had a strong outing in which he threw 7.1 innings allowing 1 run. The win gives the Brats a 2-0 advantage in the best-of-5 Interleague Series.
