Robinson Hurls 6-0 Masterpiece
The Trujillo Alto Macabeos manager was philosophical in the clubhouse following a shutout loss to the Mayaguez Capitanes. The Macabeos were overpowered by Mayaguez starter Ronit Robinson, who hurled his club to victory, 6-0.

"It was just one of those games -- shake it off and do better next time," Eufemio Sinche said.

Over 9 innings, Robinson blanked Trujillo Alto on 10 hits with no walks and 2 strikeouts.

"I kept them off balance. I could tell a lot of them were late on fastballs because they were fouling them off. Once you see that, it sets them up for other pitches," Robinson said.

"I set them up, where if they chased one breaking ball, they were going to chase another one."

This season, Robinson shows a 6-8 record in 20 games, 106 innings, 44 strikeouts, and a 2.55 ERA.
