Quesiteros Move on to Serie Eliminatoria
On the strength of a 7-2 win at Estadio Nemesio Castillo, the Isabela Quesiteros have swept the Florida Mogotes to win the Serie Preliminar.

"We expected to win, but I don't think we anticipated taking the series 3-0," said series MVP Rafael García. "That's a fantastic team over there, but we wouldn't be denied."

For the series, García had a 0.75 ERA over 12 innings pitched, with a 1-0 record.

The Isabela Quesiteros don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Las Piedras Menestrales - Corozal Mofongueros series. Corozal leads the series 2 games to 0. The Serie Eliminatoria schedule will be announced after the Serie Preliminar finishes.
