Coliseo Hermógenes Cárdenas played host to some exciting baseball.

The Rincon Ingenieros earned a close win over the Yabucoa Dulceros, thanks in part to Pascual García. The Rincon right-hander, who leads the LH in innings pitched with 242.0, played a key role in the 10-inning, 3-2 victory. The second-place Dulceros dropped to 58-46.

In the bottom of the tenth, José Medina delivered the big blow for Rincon, stroking a game-winning run-scoring single off Yabucoa pitcher Melchor Alvarado.

Rincon manager Noé Aguilar praised his team's "businesslike approach."
