The Aguada Arzobispos faced a tough opponent in Arroyo pitcher José Peralta, but still scratched out a win at Estadio Municipal de Aguada by a final score of 3-2 in 11 innings. Peralta went 6.1 innings and allowed no runs. Aguada pitcher Raúl Mora earned the win, hiking his record to 2-2. Martín Rodríguez suffered the loss. The victory makes Aguada 11-10.
The Arzobispos got a clutch hit from catcher Rubén Molina. In the bottom of the 11th, he hit a run-scoring single to left, to win the game for the Arzobispos.
"It's a satisfying feeling, to win like we did," said Molina.
