Late Rally Earns Gurabo 2-1 Win
The Gurabo Tainos earned a close win over the Vieques Esqueletos, thanks in part to Faustino Aragón. The Gurabo right-hander, who is tied for 7th in the LH in quality starts with 27, played a key role in the 11-inning, 2-1 victory. Pedro Garza claimed the win after being brought in from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on no hits in 1.2 innings. His record stands at 9-3. Gurabo is now 65-66, Vieques 47-82.

Who knows how it would've ended, had it not been for Bowen Kelly? The 26-year old right fielder Kelly stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the 11th inning to put Gurabo up, 2-1. For the game, he was 3 for 5, including 1 double and 2 singles.

"There's a warrior mentality with this team," said Tainos manager Radamés Burgos.
