Right-hander Norberto Hernández mesmerized the Limerick Gandelows while leading the Galway Harbourmasters to a 2-0 victory. Timoteo Ortega finished the game for Galway and earned his 1st save. The first-place Harbourmasters have their sights set on making a deep playoff run.

The Harbourmasters had to work out of trouble with no one out in the bottom of the ninth. The score was 2-0, Galway. But Limerick, with the bases empty, had mounted a threat. Ross Hodge dug in at the plate. But on a 0-1 sinker, Hodge flied out.
