Gurabo Tainos Guaranteed Top Spot in Liga Hostos Valle del Turabo Monday, October 6th , 1913 Members of the Gurabo Tainos say they are happy to have won the Liga Hostos Valle del Turabo crown without having to battle into the season's final days. "You always want to wrap it up early," said starting pitcher Faustino Aragón. "It can get stressful if you take it into the last week of the season." There would be no such battle necessary for Gurabo, which currently has a 82-76 record. The club will be seeking its 1st Campeonato Nacional Puertorriqueño and this is the 13th division title. |
