Season Done for Solís Monday, October 13th , 1913 Obviously disappointed, Eurípides Solís confirmed today that his season is officially over. The Salinas shortstop offered mostly monosyllabic responses to reporters. "Nope," he said, when asked if he might possibly return this year. The 27-year-old Solís suffered a concussion on 10/11/1913 and has been out of action since. Solís is batting at a .277 pace this season, picking up 160 hits in 577 at-bats with 1 home run, 58 RBIs and 74 runs scored. |
