Rehab Road Tough for Chupacabras Hércules Rendón Wednesday, October 15th , 1913 Hércules Rendón, third baseman for the Canovanas Chupacabras, was making great progress in healing a sprained ankle according to a team spokesman, but suffered a setback yesterday. "Hércules was doing great in his rehab until he overdid it in a recent workout. Now doctors say it will be at least 2 weeks before he will be able to rejoin the club." Rendón is hitting .218 this year with 2 home runs and 29 RBIs. He also has an OBP of .279, 40 walks and scored 47 times. |
