Maricao Wins Serie Eliminatoria Saturday, November 1st , 1913 After winning the MVP of the Serie Eliminatoria, Maricao hurler Sansón Apaez said he is focused on putting forward another strong performance in the Serie Interdivisional. "All I know is I want this to continue." Maricao won the final game by a 1-0 count and the series 3-1. Apaez had a 0.00 ERA over 15.2 innings pitched, with a 1-0 record. "We didn't do enough to win, it's as simple as that," said Cidra manager Wilson Álvarez. The Maricao Cafeteros don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Arroyo Telegrafistas - Aguada Arzobispos series. That series is tied at 2 games apiece.
