Mulos Prevail, as Campeonato de las Ligas Goes to the Wire Saturday, November 22nd , 1913 Aguas Buenas Mulos won a nail-biting series against the Arroyo Telegrafistas 4-3, wrapping up the Campeonato de las Ligas finale 12-0 at Coliseo Miguel Chávez. Mulos shortstop Ernesto Guerrero was named the series MVP. He batted .393, drove in 6 runs and scored 5 to lead Aguas Buenas into the next round of play. "Ernesto was real solid for us, real solid," said Mulos manager Tomás Tapia. "I normally say I'd like to have nine of him out there, but thankfully we got by with just one this time." The Aguas Buenas Mulos will play against the Juana Diaz Reyes in the next round. Juana Diaz won their series against the Utuado Arribenos 4 games to 3.
