Lewis Launches 2 Dingers, But Culebra Wins
Duffy Lewis had a good game, but he could not keep the San German Golondrinas from falling, 10-8, to the Culebra Tortugas at Recinto Municipal Lola Rodríguez de Tió. The San German left fielder was 3-4 with 2 home runs, a triple, and a walk. He drove in 6 runs and scored twice in the loss. Culebra is now 51-94, San German 72-69.

Culebra used the timely hitting of Enrique Hernández to seize the win. The shortstop stroked a 2-run single in the top of the ninth inning to put the Tortugas on top, 10-8. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"I always try to stay as positive and as mentally strong as possible because I know how crazy this game can be," said Hernández.
