The Buffalo Hopper Boys beat the Meadville Zips, 7-6, in 10 innings at Buffalo Silo. Francisco López, in particular, was impressive. He hit 2 home runs. He drove in 5 runs and scored twice. The win went to Alejandro Urbina in relief, making him now 4-0. Pedro Alfaro took the loss for Meadville. With the loss, Meadville sinks to 7-14.

The game was decided with no one out in the bottom of the tenth. With Buffalo trailing 6-4, López jumped on a cutter from 29-year old right-handed pitcher Pedro Alfaro and hit a 3-run home run to left. With one swing, the Hopper Boys had a walk-off win.

"Walking a team off at the end -- there's no greater feeling," said López.
